04
Three-Ingredient Healthy Vanilla Fudge
I can’t stop eating this when I make it! It doesn’t require any cooking, just stir together and chill. So creamy and smooth, it tastes lovely and sweet but is low-sugar.
05
Healthy Bounty Bars
No-cook, stir-together, dairy-free, full of good fat, and made of only 6 nutritious ingredients… these are the perfect snack!
Bounty bars have 9 tsp of sugar in them and lots of emulsifiers, but this recipe is full of nutritious coconut, rich in fibre, contains vitamins C, E, B1, B3, B5 and B6 and is a great source of essential minerals such as iron, manganese, copper, magnesium and good fat (mcts).
06
Raspberry Coconut Jelly Sweets
These no-sugar yet delicious sweets can be made in any shape you like! So quick to make, they're a fun and healthy snack for kids or adults.
P.s You might not know this, but gelatin is actually the same as collagen (but collagen won’t set liquid like gelatin). It’s rich in protein, and has a unique amino acid profile that gives it many potential health benefits including skin, joints, gut-health, brain function and more.
You can set any liquid or fruit like herbal tea, kefir, milk etc. Our favourite shapes are bears, unicorns, worms, alphabet letters and seasonal shapes such as Christmas shapes, Easter bunnies or Halloween!
07
Chocolate Fridge Cake
Perfect when you’re craving a quick, rich, chocolatey treat, but you’d like it to be low in sugar, dairy-free and full of healthy, filling ingredients!
Just stir together the 6 ingredients and chill.
08
No-Bake Carrot Cake Balls
With veg, coconut, dried fruit and seeds, this makes a quick nutritious after school snack!
09
Raspberry & Passionfruit Ruffle Bars
Shop-bought Ruffle bars shocked me when I looked at the ingredient list because the first ingredient is sugar and they contain emulsifiers, colours, flavours and e-numbers too!
My recipe is simply stirred together and full of healthy coconut and coconut oil (there are so many nutritional benefits) and bursting with flavour! They are still super delicious even without the chocolate.
10
Portable Power Bars
These delicious, no-cook, low-sugar energy bars are full of nutritious coconut, hemp and nuts.
Make them today to have for the busy week ahead!
